Men’s Golf Head Coach Named

Pendleton, SC - Clint Wright has been named head coach for men’s golf at Tri-County Technical College. Coach Wright holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and professional golf management from Ferris State University (Big Rapids, MI). He served as a collegiate golf coach at Anderson University from 1987 to 1990. During this time period Coach Wright was named region and conference coach of the year for three consecutive years. He led nationally ranked teams and competed in four national championships. Coach Wright is a 26-year member of the PGA. Regarding his new position, Wright stated, “I think former coach Doug Allen has developed the golf program effectively and has prepared it for great success in the coming years. I am excited about the opportunity to lead this program forward.”
